Customer who are participating in the bid are only eligible for the product which are on the Auction.

Rules for Participation

1. Participants can bid in the auction on hellobookmine.com only
2. Bid is valid only in the Auction Hour.
3. Participants who have successfully place their paid for the bids are eligible for the auctioned product.
4. Refund will be initiated within 24 to 48 Hours. Refund in HBM wallet will be credited within 24 hours and in case of bank refund it may take 4 to 5 days to get credited.
5. Bidder who have paid the highest amount first shall win the Auction.
