2. Orders Status – Packaging : Rs 149 Plus Transaction Charges of the Payment Gateway. 
3. Order Status – Shipped: Shipping charges will be deducted and balance will be refunded.
   
   

Timing of the Mail & Change of the order status will be taken into consideration while issuing a refund.

Mail sent to us on Weekends or Non working hours will be considered on Next Working day.

Refund will be initiated within 24 hours to 48 hours, you may receive the refund in next 24 hours in HBM Wallet or 4 to 7 Days in your Bank

We will issue a refund after deducting the charges which have been incurred already.

Transaction charges will be saved if customer opt for HBM Wallet Refund.

Transfer HBM Wallet Money to Bank Account

Flat 5% Charges and Reversal of Cashback Offer on the transfer amount.
